There are a few ways for you to sign up for lessons:

  1. Preferably, simply call us at 724-934-1090 and we'll go through the schedule and get you set up.
  2. Download the .pdf registration form.  Print it out, complete it, and fax it to us at 724-934-1098 or mail it to us at:
